As nice as that might sound to some, I don’t see how it could ever make sense for TV.
The logistics could never work. The ratio of people to the ride would be so out of whack there would be knock-down-drag-outs all the time.
Villagers get upset when they have to wait in line at the grocery store. (I personally just use the wait time to read the tabloids that I would never buy.)
Such a ride would come with liability potential, too. Several years ago, the developer shut down the Lifelong Learning College that had classes under the umbrella of TV. Because of a threat of a lawsuit, the developer just slammed the door on what was once important to a lot of Villagers — including me.
Sorry — don’t think a lazy river is a realistic hope.
