Yup, ran into an APEX salesman near Spanish Springs. Talked to him quite a while. Got all the info about how they guarantee that the insurance company will pay for the roof replacement at no cost to me. It's a great deal. And they do quality work. He was just about ready to get the contract out for me to sign - until I told him that it wasn't even my house. I was visiting our friends and waiting for them to pull up. He never asked if I lived there. I estimated I wasted about 45 minutes of his time.
