We have some golfers here that practice good overall golf etiquette but generally most do not. We also have a growing number of players who feel it's not their job, it's the ambassadors job and aren't bashful to tell you as such. Personally I think the only way to solve the issue is to start assigning points to anyone observed not fixing ball marks, take bunkers, drive their carts where they shouldn't. It's simple, if you don't respect our courses, you don't get tee times.
Or I hear from people I golf with " I can't bend over to fix my ball mark because I have a bad back" yet they will be the first ones to dive on the ground if I drop a $10 bill.
