Assigning these folks points would not keep them off the courses. Points don't apply to walk-ons, or those sharpshooting a tee time up to 3 days in advance. How about posting their picture at starter shacks? I'm OK with publicly shaming golf slobs.

Or just attach those points to their ID so they can't make a tee time or walk up to the starter. They could still sneak on after hours, but I would simply make it a no trespassing zone after hours unless you have advance permission.
