Too many people keep missing the point that these guys are entertainers. They get paid to create controversy. One of the reasons that the American electorate is so ill-informed is that they actually believe what the entertainers tell them. Of course, there's nothing wrong with listening to them or reading them, but hopefully people try to seek out a dissenting opinion.
As an example, tonight on CNN at 9 PM there will be a "debate" between Ann Coulter and Donna Brazile--far right and far left. I'll watch just to see what subjects they discuss and what their arguments are. Is it possible that they might disagree on the political future of Mark Sanford, do you think?
