Noted parts availablity comment. Igniter on my Genesis went out. Neither Lowes nor Home Depot stocked this item. Per sales person at HD. Weber maintains and stocks the display and he recommended that the Weber rep stock igniter and Weber rep did not or could not stock this part.
Still recommend Weber but they are not the same as my 1st one which would now be over 25 years old. There do appear some competitors out there such as Kitchenaid which might be able to get into their mid/upper range market
