I agree with Catalina….
Propane burns A LOT hotter than natural gas !
Earlier this year I bought a natural gas Weber at ACE and can personally say my statement above is accurate.
All of my previous Webers were propane except for this one .
I agree with you about the convenience factor …. No more trips to have the tank refilled and an endless supply of natural gas at your fingertips….
