The good thing is all the unemployed drug addicts and sexual predators who's parents threw them out will still be living with granny up north also along with all of the "mixed Use" housing and traffic that your residents are already complaining about and the homes have yet to be built. The nice thing about buying down here was they were giving unheard of deals on the homes that are now returning a hefty profit for those that want to sell in some cases double the original cost. $$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
