I have never seen poop bags tossed on the ground here. I do see LOTS of cigarette butts everywhere. Even piles of them that appear to be dumped from someone’s “ash tray”. They will stay there forever or at least until someone, like me, picks them up. I never see threads about cigarette butts. I wonder why?
