So your corner lot is used Far more than their dog uses their own property.
No wonder their lawn looks great and those corner lots look so sad.

Absolutely true. I'd tell you if it wasn't. I even watched one guy lead his dog to the bushes next to the house to dump in the decorative bark so he wouldn't have to clean up. He peered in the window and was so shocked when he realized I was looking back at him, he took off at a very fast waddle, dragging his poor dog, that wasn't finished, down the street behind him. I couldn't decide if I should be furious at the guy, sad for the poor dog, or continue to laugh my a-- off.
