So if my math is right (and it may not be) The green prfab home at 910 sq ft would start at 100K and around 65K for a mobile home to tear down (I just checked those avail on MLS) it would cost $165 plus the cost of the foundation. I like the modern look but if it has to go by an architectual committee they may not, as the look of most TV homes are pretty traditional arn't they?? Plus a woodlawn CYV starts around $160. But the cost of solar panels for a home is around 20-30 thousand so it does make financial sence maybe.
