Easiest way since the CABLES ARE NOT TERMINATED, take 2 wires strip the ends and twist together, then go to the next cable and do the same with a different pair of conductors. Do this for all of the cables with a different pair in each cable, and make a list. Then go to each room and with a Ohmeter or continuity tester see which pairs are shorted, and mark your list with the room name. Post the list in the low voltage box for future reference.
