Why don’t you get the facts. At least read the entire thread before making yourself look more stupid. I posted that I was surprised that they held him until sentencing. He’s a nonviolent offender. But being held over isn’t punishment. It might feel like it but it’s just part of the procedure. I feel he should have been released pending sentencing. But I’m not the judge. Maybe the judge is holding him so when he does sentence him he’ll just get time served.
