Note, that starting on January 1, 2023, contractors must install HVAC units that have a minimum efficiency of 14 SEER in Florida. So, if you don't mind buying a 13 SEER unit, you should be able to get a good discount, because after December 31, the contractors will be stuck with units that they cannot install.
