Since the recycling people ...........
Since the recycling people won't give us bags to use, we don't. They're getting it both ways, they won't pay for the bags (we're supposed to). But they take in all the money for the work YOU do when you split things up.
Hmmmmmm......... seems if they want us to recycle so badly, they'd give us the bags.
