Home Climate Control
We've ben told to not use the automatic setting on our climate control system. The rational was that the when the outside temperature was high the cooling would be cranked up and when the temperature dropped, the system would have to crank way up to heat the house.
This make no sense to me as if we have the temperature set on 75, the AC would shut off once the temp went below 75. If we have the heat set on 72, then the heat would come on once the inside temperature dips below 72.
Has anyone else ever heard anything like this?
