..........Education is KEY to Florida's economic development and in the US's economic war with China and Russia. Failure to provide good PUBLIC,YES PUBLIC SCHOOLS will further make America LESS competitive with Europe, England, South Korea, Japan, Australia, and any country that VALUES PUBLIC education.
.......Don't believe me, just look up where the US ranks in Education around the World......we are about 30th.
.........And ask WHY........because US people do NOT want to PAY their fair share for education. And the upper incomes find ways to AVOID paying THEIR fair share. And you don't need to look far .......the problems are obvious here locally and in the State of Florida.

The U.S. pays far more per student than most other countries. This chart at the web page link below is from the national center for education statistics. However, it can be argued that the money is not well spent (too many admins/non-teachers, etc).
