You should call first, it appears that you have an ADVANTAGE plan, and you may be severely limited in using outside doctors. My understanding, your PC should be recommending a specialist for you. If this is not occurring, you are experiencing the exact same problems we had years ago and why we are back to traditional Medicare and supplemental. I am sorry i cannot offer any further help.
