Are you referring only to car accidents on roads with speed limits of 35mph or less and excluding accidents at intersections with roads having higher speed limits?

Roundabouts within The Villages are much safer than the County roads 466, 466A State Route 44, US routes 27/441, etc. and their intersections, Of course, golf carts are not legally allowed to travel on any of those roads. Excluding where golf carts are not allowed, cars are safer within those boundaries. The actual boundaries of The Villages is subjective at best. The roundabouts make a difference for cars and I believe safety belts make a difference in golf carts. That’s the point.
