Back to car laws, you are not allowed to pass on the right. Which is common sense because the slow drivers should always be on the right. Another common sense law, no flashing of brights toward the car in front of you, because there should not be a slower driver in front of you.
Also, it is legal to go faster than the speed limit to pass someone, some states 15 or more mph faster.
IMO, slower drivers can cause more accidents than faster drivers
