Wrong LSV's also have VIN numbers. There are also other criteria I believe like dual braking system and something to do with wind sheild configuration - I can't remember. Google is your friend. Going over 20 mph does not make a cart a LSV. It makes it an illegal golf cart and non registered vehicle.
