Agree on the specialist, but what kind of different trades/specialists are at a prison? Better ? is how much they are paid by the state of Florida. Florida has always been one of the lowest paying states in the US. Not going to get better. Recent influx of out of staters has made, FL a harder place to live for the working populace.
