There are a number of insurance companies around The Vilages that are essentially brokers, and not tied to any one specific company. Google it and you'll have a list. Contact them and they'll do a search for you. Don't let anyone put you into the general Florida insurance pool (Citizens Property Insurance). It's a State insurance pool that is not a good deal.
