I don't see the problem. Primus was granted approval for their 150,000 sq ft expansion back in 2018. Nothing that I found said that approval had been rescinded.
The residential area was originally approved back in 2008. Site plans were approved last July and again this month. Construction could begin soon.
There is some concern by Primus over whether the buffering is sufficient between the two properties but it seems like that should be on the residential developer and not the business that already exists in the area.
Other than potential complaints by the residents about the noise, where is the conflict? How does either one lose?
You did notice that this development is to the west of 301 and nowhere near the congested part of 462 with the traffic cops, right?
