Simple put, I want the most qualified person in each position at USAA. It appears USAA is backing away for the best qualified person in each job. As a member owned business I feel their DEI position is going to cost members, and maybe the increase in rates is part of what’s going on. Please take a little time to search USAA and their DEI support to see I am not making this up. Again very simple, just hire the best qualified into each position.
