I've been considering another move for six months but have stayed put. I was told the homes are priced on the cost of materials and the square footage and no reason for a DISCOUNT because homes were selling out quickly.

Again, glad you love your homes and hope to be down there one day myself, but I do know it is going to be MORE EXPENSIVE than when I purchased my home in the North.

And your home in the North is now MORE EXPENSIVE than when you purchased it.
