"The Villages," aka the Developer, is in the business of building and selling homes, along with providing the opportunities to live the lifestyle we all know and love. Using your misguided "logic," shouldn't the Developer also:
1. Provide everyone with a golf cart? They did, after all, provide the pathways to drive them on.
2. Provide everyone with golf clubs? They did build all of these golf courses.
3. Provide everyone with a bonus $100 per month to shop at the Squares?
I still find it incredible the lengths to which some people will go to find something to complain about. Experience has shown me that folks like that have not been, are not, and never will be happy. They tend to seek personal satisfaction by dragging others into their personal journey circling the drain.
When you see AED units interspersed throughout a neighborhood, that is the result of a Village that has come together with the common goal of looking out for each other. People that have made monetary donations, volunteered their time, participated in training, all in order to enrich the quality and quantity of life in their neighborhood. You won't see me, or anyone I know, complaining about that.
