Now if I lived in Sumter county and beyond turnpike east area then resident might beat emergencies service due to pass history in Sumter county. Our village has 19 AED’s with over 100 certified responders. We just had unannounced drills on Friday. Average response time was under 2.5 minutes. The closest fire station to us has a response time no better than six minutes. That’s if they’re not on a call already. Then we get the next closest station. That four minutes that we’re there before the fire department could mean the difference between life and death.
