Default Annual rental (or simi annual lease) wanted
My current tenant needs a new annual rental, since my house is rented from Nov 1 through April. She is single, no children or pets, non-smoker, has a good job. Please let me know if you have a rental available even if it is for 6 months. She doesn't need anything too large since she is single.
