The last of the units is being released on the north side of the Turnpike and therefore the focus will move across the highway. All 10’ sill height Designer homes are now considered Premier, but they are building these on the the water / golf views in this model area. In Middleton, premiere homes, designers homes, vinyl and small starter homes are intermingled on each of the streets. If premiere homes can be built on any lot the desired home fits, perhaps the plan is to intermingle homes in Eastport?
