If some of the new homes in Eastport are close to the schools, I was informing the would be buyers to be cautious. They may find living in that area comes with a few unexpected difficulties. A buyer can easily wait until another section of Eastport becomes available if noise and traffic are a concern.
So same traffic issues that the old HS location, but is there the daily accident at drop off and pick up, like the old HS. Almost comical on how many days in a row someone hit another car. The Villages that surrounded the old HS, had same noise, lights, bands, and ugly traffic, yet complaining was rare. Guess the younger crowd, has better hearing.

But if you listen closely, one can still hear residents loudly complaining that the HS pool isn’t ready yet, and those kids are still using our pool time.
