You're apparently confused.
As of Oct 1, the District is supposedly providing staff for some Championship courses. This is essentially the reverse of how it used to work, in that the Championship courses used to provide staff for the District's Executive Courses.
If you have some further information other than
"I only know what they released", I'm sure we'd all love to see it.
