Not sure how how much exploring you do around TV, but there are vast amounts of undeveloped land out there. Take the backroads, head up toward Ocala or head over to Inverness and explore the back roads. We can have a myopic view inside the bubble, but there is plenty of open spaces (and some with For Sale signs). By the way, your definition of giving back eventually has the cost falling back on the Trust which, when runs out of money, falls back on the residents. There is no free "give back".
