Not the rust belt down here where 5 year old vehicles are rusty PO* due to owners lack of maintenance. More fraud in state inspections than Medicare care supplements. I was in state that required NEW vehicle state inspection, what waste of time and money for someone to slap sticker on. Now I could see 5 year old or more safety inspection cause most people don’t know what or where dipstick is Let along how to check air in tire.
