So please explain why law-abiding Iraqis and the Afghans don't have the same rights as Americans to bear arms. I bet you wouldn't turn your guns in if we were invaded by foreigners.

Do they have the same rights as Americans? If so and confiscation is not within the law. I guess I would be on their side. However, the last that I heard was that each Iraqi household was allowed to keep one AK-47 for home defense. In a war zone that does not seem that unreasonable.
