Major Pickleball
Wildwood has decided to rubber stamp and has approved huge pickleball courts to be built across from the Village of Lake Deaton. Just off of 44A.
18-acre project expected to include a 120-room hotel, 70 pickleball courts, 21,250 square feet of retail space, 10,000 square feet of restaurant space and 5,000 square feet of office space.
Just think, there are even night lights for evening play.
I feel for those folks there, but Windermere “W” usually gets what they want. They are a mega giant US developer of real estate and I’m sure they will attempt to make it a classy place.
That whole area is ripe for commercial development. 44 and 44 A will be unrecognizable in 10 years.
