Anyhow back to the OP, not directly in the Villages, but Prime 3 in Leesburg was great. Expensive, but really good.
Yes we are digressing away from what the OP wanted to know, which is about restaurants that serve good steak. Seems like commenters prefer to talk about steaks they make at home, and about Omaha.

So I’ll throw in my comments: I think the meat packages are a good value. I recently received my first Omaha box. For $100, I got bacon wrapped filet Mignons, chicken filets, hamburgers and hotdogs, as well as the dreaded apple tarts someone mentioned. That’s a lot of food! So I have to disagree that it’s not a good value. But no way is it as good as a steak at Chop House — if you care to shell out $49 for a NY strip or ribeye.
