I think these are standard size water filters, I have seen these at Lowes, I also believe they have the wrench you may need to open the tanks to replace the filter elements. A word of caution, there is a bypass valve (normally closed), and the supply and return valves (normally open). You need to close the supply and return valves, and open the bypass valve, and then press the RED button to release the pressure in each of the filter canisters. Then you should be able to open the canister and replace the filter.
You may need to run the system without the filters (on bypass) the first time until you get the correct filters, and i would label the unit with each filter type for future reference.
If you cannot do the above, there are several local handymen that should be able to help.
