What does it say? It says that the source of that particular "fact" is provably wrong. Checking numerous websites, all of them give the average age of Villagers as over 70. The DataUSA website gives the average age as 72.7. Point2Homes agrees with this number. DataUSA gives the average age as 70.9 which is the lowest average among the numerous sites I visited.
Age, with the inevitable declines in physical and mental abilities that comes with it, plays a significant role in how a person drives, not just here but everywhere.
