Sooo, not being rude, just trying to understand clearly, when you say "most" are able to add these "without" complaints, does that they DO need to be approved and that some folks have just not been caught because no one has turned them in ? Or, are you saying these do NOT fall under the auspices of the rules and regulation ? I've used Pike's, they were the original electrical contractor when we built and always knew what needed approval. Please be a little more clear on your answer to we are not led astray. Again, NOT tying to be confrontational at all, just wanted to know clearly the Villages stand on having pre-approval.
