I built one of those terra cotta flower pot smokers as seen on The Food Network's Good Eats program. It is very portable and not very big. Would probably live outside with a cover over it. I cover itwith a Weber kettle grill cover.

I have made some awesome turkey breast on my little smoker also. Do you brine yours before smoking?
