The negative with glass is that it may add to your tax base of your home but again the added amount is negligible ($100-200 /year for a designer) compared to the benefits gained and personal comfort.
If you don't add air and heat it should not add to your tax base. (Ours was described as a Type III Sun Room when the application for permit was filed.) A tax assessor came to our house right after the work was done and specifically stated he was only looking at the birdcage we built, not the enclosed sun room.
