Other Florida developments DO own the roads and can, therefore, give their residents real TRUE security. TV Land residents have greater activities and other advantages that make up for the imaginary gate security.

And you would probably be the first to complain about the cost to maintain all of the hundreds of miles of roads if TV owned them LOL.
