She has no idea how lucky she is to come out of the house
gun in hand in front of police, SWAT, etc....and still be alive. The only reason they did not shoot is she held the gun pointing down. If she had raised the gun the outcome could have been very different.
TV is already on the map. All she did was demonstrate that statistically, any community has it's nut cases.
