South of 44 is on a par with the number of homes per holes of executive golf. We have 5 and 1 more near opening and more on the way. There is only 1 championship course at the moment, but the 2nd is near opening and a third well under way.
The north is better.....blah, blah, blah....south of 466 is better....blah, blah, blah.....that's the nice things about the Villages. It's constantly evolving and if you do your homework, you'll find what's RIGHT FOR YOU.
