I am not much of a medicine person to treat pain, only if the pain gets bad.
I had a MRI and going in for the results Monday.
The pain starts in my back, to my right hip, then down my right leg.

Yes I have it. The best way for me to alleviate the pain was stretching exercises. I had shots, chiropractic, and PT. First two was temporary fixes but PT taught me what to do with the stretching exercises and I do them almost daily and they work for me.
