How much traffic is generated by deliveries, visitors, service providers employees, and prisoner transports? In the event of an escape, how would you be notified? Besides inmates, what else is at the facility? Escaped inmates do occur—even from very secure federal prisons but most federal inmates committed non-violent white-collar crimes.

That sounds more like living near a Walmart that a prison :-)
