IMO Depends on any cracks in stucco, around windows, what spray pattern nozzle used, and how close the nozzles spraying. When I do mine I use 40 degree nozzle about two foot from stucco. IMO it’s the cleaning agent that’s going to most of work and pressure washer just good rinse. IMO I only is 25 degree nozzle on concrete driveway. And have never used 15 degree nozzle. This with 1700 psi electric pressure washer nowhere near 2500 psi or so of gas pressure washers. As for the eve’s soffits I use windex and elbow grease.
For mold problems I just use the 5 dollar gallon pool concentrate cleaner which has 10% Clorox. Most mod cleaner if brand only have 5 to 7 precent Clorox when read labels.
I would think most pressure wash companies have enough experience to not damage house? But, I don’t know I’ve never paid someone to do routine preventative maintenance?
Also IMO you should be routinely inspecting the stucco and if find any superficial cracks seal/cover with stucco crack repair and dab area with matching paint.
