Grease the skids with the Developer prior to T V owning the neighborhood and ARC control and you can build RV garages, huge rec room/garage extensions, additional garages, and pools to cover almost every square inch of your property. Pretty much anything you want put up on your buildable land lot line in the "old" DeLuna.
One can see the "cabana" (RV garage) near the Water Lily Rec center area. One can also birdcage your whole back yard.
Straight across from the Water Lily Golf Cart bridge you can see the second anomaly of DeLuna housing designs that seem to defy ARC rules but doesn't. Wording is everything when implementing architectural design to fit ARC rules. Lots of perks if you plan ahead.
