Straight across from the Water Lily Golf Cart bridge you can see the second anomaly of DeLuna housing designs that seem to defy ARC rules but doesn't. Wording is everything when implementing architectural design to fit ARC rules. Lots of perks if you plan ahead.

We live in new DeLuna so I know exactly what property you’re talking about as we pass that street regularly to and from the Water Lily bridge. We’ve been scratching our heads wondering how they’ve gotten approval for the many huge additions they’ve done, including the RV garage that has no driveway. Now they have a pool being built, which will have a huge bird cage eventually, which is fine, but WOW we’ve never seen an average sized property with so many additions crammed onto it as this one. It defies Villages CDD logic, lol. It does seem like a “who you know” kind of situation. 😉
